Probably the best boot store in Texas. I’ve been to a few including Allen’s in Austin and the usual chain stores. But this is a different level. Recently expanded floor space. Great knowledgeable staff who pay attention and actually know about the products they are selling. They also have a great website and instagram account. They now stock Resistol and Hyer cowboy boots as well as there traditional stock of good Texan boots including R Watson, Anderson Bean, Olathe and HorsePower. Definitely worth stopping in for boots. As well as hats.

I had the pleasure of finding Texas boot company through another excellent maker of western boots Black Jack Boot company. The entire staff at Black Jack was immensely helpful Sergio in particular. He is who recommended Texas boot company and the associate Kelly was really helpful providing information, searching through inventory to take the time to show the exact pair I’d receive, and answered all my questions. I live in Franklin, TN. Sadly, we don't have an abundance of local options when it comes to shopping for nice western boots. I was seeking a nice pair of Rios of Mercedes Ostrich boots, so I had to look online. I'm not the easiest guy to fit for shoes/boots, so needless to say, ordering boots "long distance" was slightly unsettling. However, thanks to the online team at The Texas Boot Company (Alexis in particular), the process was amazingly smooth. The support, level of attention, and guidance provided were stellar. Simply put, I cannot imagine that if you are shopping for a pair of western boots that you will find a better alternative. Alexis and The Texas Boot Company have earned my trust and continued business. I highly recommend these guys! BTW, the boots were better than expected...fairly priced...and the advice provided was spot on...so pleased!

Casey and Kamry (store manager) were amazing! We came in two days in a row looking for boots for my fiancé and myself. First day with Casey was easy and informative. Second day Kamry helped me pick out my wedding boots and wow was I blown away! Not only did Kamry have patience but she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and heard. Never Had a Bad Experience I can’t even begin to tell You How Much I Love this place! The Best boots you’ll ever find, anywhere, And believe me, I’m on all the boot sites looking to expand my new and growing collection…. Black Jack and Anderson Beans are always the best and You’ll find them Here! I wish the actual manufacturers did a much better job refilling store shelves, There’s a lot of boots I’d be placing an order for the day they arrived in, but have been watching the store shelves sit stagnate Because of the times We Live in, And I want to say that’s no fault of the store, it’s a shame though Because I wish I could buy More from them! I would also like to really commend the customer service I received the other day from Camry, I Believe that was Her name, She was spectacular, This is the kind of Sales Associate You wish you could copy and put in every Single buying situation you come across! I ordered two pairs of jeans that I Loved and she almost immediately after having placed the order online called me personally to say they didn’t have them in stock, She Kindly sent me a picture of what they had and offered me what they had as a replacement in My size! Now THATS someone you want to promote and give the very best career path to you can, she saved the same and single handedly made this experience spectacular! I really can’t even begin to say how shocked I was when she said “I’ll send you a text and stay on the phone with you so you can see what We have on hand and Help You find something you’re going to love” Where else do you find this? Nowhere, Only At Texas Boot company, and that’s why this Pennsylvanian has fallen in Love with something that He’s never even seen and that’s Texas Boot Company! I am so glad they exist and offer the smoothest customer transactions, and while 99.9% of the reviews I see are from locals, I can’t even begin to tell You how with such An Exceptional inventory, their willingness to ship, The promise of smooth transactions, and easy returns or exchanges if you’re not happy, Not to mention the single best customer service All-Star I’ve talked to in a long time in Camry (Please, Print off a copy of this review for Her and Her company File, and give this girl the employee of the month Parking spot!) ….I cannot recommend any place more highly on Planet Earth than Texas Boot company, sign up for their emails and check their site often, because while it seems like locals love it, I think everyone all over the map should Know or learn about Texas Booth Company, and be buying from them!
